1. How do I get my Avastavé piece?

Simple. Select your size and input your details on the Booking Page to be added to our Bookings List and click RESERVE NOW. Once this is done your details are shared with the store and your order is available for pickup upon the release date. We do not offer home delivery and purchase is to be made at our upcoming stocklist. We do not take payment via Avastave.com

*Due to the magical nature of our pieces, you must reserve a piece via Avastave.com in order to purchase our pieces.

2. What if I don’t book a piece via the website?

We do not allow direct purchase of our pieces via walk-ins. Availability of your piece is only guaranteed once you have received a booking confirmation from us. Failure to follow our guideline or any methods to obtain a piece that violates our guidelines will render any future means to obtain our products void.

3. What if I would like to purchase for a friend?

We limit our purchases to two per customer. If you would like to purchase additional items a new booking form with a separate set of client details, names, contact numbers and email addresses must be provided.

4. How do I try on an Avastavé piece?

We welcome you to visit xxx to try on an Avastavé piece to determine a size that suits you. Our sizes are S-M & L-XL and is an oversized fit that suits the ranges of the sizing specified above.

5. What is the Pick up Address?

Your Avastavé product can be picked up at xxx.

6. How do I care for my products?

Visit our Product Care page for detailed information on taking care of your Avastavé items.

7. My item is damaged or faulty what do I do?

We do our best to ensure each item finds itself to you in perfect condition. If your item is damaged or faulty, please email us at mail@avastave.com within 48 hours so we can work out the best solution for you.

9. Do you have a store?

At present we are working on diversifying our brand universe in the digital space and select stores. For updates follow us on social media and re-visit our stock lists page.

11. I have sent an email and have not got a response?

Please allow 48-72 hours for us to get back to you. A wonderful Avastavé team member will be in contact with you as soon as they can to help with any enquires you may have.

12. Do you reply to my instagram comments or direct messages?

13. How often do you re-stock?

Due to the exclusive nature of our items and the intense work and attention that goes into developing each Avastavé item, our re-stock dates are currently unavailable. Please check back or keep updated by joining our email list.

14. Do you do custom orders?
