Once you book/reserve your Avastavé piece via the store await your confirmation email which will signal that your item is available for pickup from our store.
SAME DAY PICK UP IS AVAILABLE.
Cost of this product is as per provided on our website. No additional charges are to be incurred.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All items purchased from Avastavé are delicately moulded with love and care. Each item is checked over before being packaged and sent to all of our customers.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sale items at this time.
For breakages and exchange requests, please contact us via contact page or email at hello@cleanseandco.com.au within 48 hours of picking up your parcel.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order please write us an email and cancel your existing booking as our stocks are limited. If you haven’t picked up your item within one week of your online booking your order will be cancelled in our system.
