Phase 1 -The Rose Quartz

Crystal Care:
To keep your Avastavé product at its highest energy level kindly follow the necessary steps.

STEP 1
Be seated in a quiet corner of your home. Close your eyes, relax your mind and place the Rose Quartz in the palms of your hands.

STEP 2
Repeat these affirmations while feeling the coolness of the crystal against your palms.

I AM WORTHY – I AM HEALING – I WELCOME AND EMBODY LOVE –

I UNDERSTAND AND RESERVE ANY JUDGEMENT – I AM WHO I NEEDED – I AM IN TUNE WITH THE UNIVERSE – I AM IN SYNC WITH MY HEART – I AM WORTHY OF JOY – I AM WORTHY OF LOVE – I AM PROUD OF ME

STEP 3
Once you open your eyes. Place the crystal on top of the sweater and roll it vertically so the crystal energy is transferred directly into your sweater.

Next, place the crystal and sweater in the Avastavé box and store in your cupboard or a quiet, cool place.

In the event that you no longer have the Avastavé box simply wrap the crystal around the sweater and place in a quiet, cool place in your wardrobe separate from other items of clothing. Alternatively you can leave your crystal to charge in the light of the new moon or sun light for 24 hours.

STEP 4

Charging frequency depends on the wearer. However, we recommend a minimum charging of the crystal every 30-60 days or every new moon.
